EVOO

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oils are produced in less than 6 hours after harvesting the olives at their optimum ripeness. Cold extraction prevents the loss of the most volatile components and aromas. The oil is stored in inertized stainless steel tanks at a stable temperature throughout the year to maintain its properties to the maximum, and is bottled only upon request.
