A blend of our certified organic Arbequina and Cornicabra varieties, it offers the perfect balance between the bold character of Cornicabra and the subtle fruitiness of Arbequina. Crafted under extreme olive-growing conditions, in our groves located 800 meters above sea level in the Mancha region of Cuenca.
The result is a pleasant and fragrant oil, very well-balanced, with a long-lasting aftertaste. Special attention has been given to tempering the characteristic bitterness and pungency of the Cornicabra variety, without losing its intriguing personality, which pairs beautifully with the Arbequina.
Delicate hints of tomato and ripe fruit emerge, along with subtle green notes. Aromas of tomato, arugula, endive, green apple, and fresh grass are present, with ripe notes of apple and banana prevailing.
