A journey to the heart of the olive tree, where each variety tells its story.

Discover how one of the world’s most award-winning extra virgin olive oils is made through a sensory experience at our olive mill, located in the heart of the olive grove. After a walk through the olive trees and a technical visit to the heart of the production process, you will learn how to taste olive oil like an expert and recognize the differences between our varieties — Arbequina, Picual, Manzanilla Cacereña, and Cornicabra — while enjoying a guided olive oil tasting in Toledo paired with Hualdo cheese.
Perfect for beginners in the world of AOVE, for understanding its origin, and for learning how to elevate any recipe into a premium gastronomic experience.

What’s included:

Welcome and introduction to the project and its circular production model.
Walk through the olive groves with explanations of varieties and surroundings.
Visit to the Casas de Hualdo olive mill and technical tour of the process.
Guided tasting of extra virgin olive oils of up to 4 oils from our 7 references.
Tasting accompanied by water and a plate of Hualdo cheese.

The visit lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
We do not have a café or restaurant on site, but a picnic basket for a countryside lunch can be booked. Subject to availability and advance reservation here.

Access to cultivation areas and outdoor parts of the estate is not permitted without guide authorization.
