This is a unique tour that combines nature, tradition, and flavor. Explore a pioneering estate in sustainability: walk among living crops, visit our regenerative organic vegetable farm and state-of-the-art greenhouse, tour the olive mill and artisan cheesery, and connect with an environment where biodiversity and innovation coexist in balance.
The experience concludes with a tasting of award-winning extra virgin olive oils and cheeses, paired with wine. A fully immersive proposal for the senses, ideal to enjoy with family, as a couple, with friends, or as part of a meaningful corporate event or incentive trip.
What’s Included:
- Welcome and introduction to the De Hualdo project and its connection to Visigothic heritage.
- Walk through crops and high-biodiversity areas.
- Walk among olive groves and visit to the Casas de Hualdo olive mill.
- Visit to the De Hualdo vegetable garden and greenhouse, with explanations of regenerative organic farming.
- Visit to the Manchega sheep flock and explanation of the circular livestock model.
- Walk along the elevated walkway of the artisan cheese dairy to observe the cheesemaking process.
- Guided tasting of 4 Hualdo extra virgin olive oils.
- Tasting of a selection of De Hualdo cheeses served with a glass of wine.

- The visit lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- We do not have a café or restaurant on site, but a picnic basket for a countryside lunch can be booked. Subject to availability and advance reservation here.

- In our shop, you will find Finca Hualdo products at a special price for visitors.
- Access to cultivation areas and outdoor parts of the estate is not permitted without guide authorization.
