Do I have to register to buy?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, by creating an account, you can access your order history, download invoices, and track your shipments more easily.

What happens when I place an order?

You will receive an email confirming your purchase. From there, we will keep you informed every step of the way: preparation, shipping, and delivery.

Can I request an invoice?

Yes. Simply create an account to download your invoices from your profile, or request one at the time of purchase.

Are all products always in stock?

We strive to keep all items available; however, if an issue arises with your order, we will notify you promptly to offer an alternative solution or a full refund.

Do prices include taxes and shipping?
