Our organic garden changes with the seasons: in spring, tender greens arrive; in summer, juicy tomatoes, fragrant peaches, and bright zucchini; in fall, chard, kale, and beets burst with color; and in winter, leeks, broccoli, and red cabbage fill your table with flavor even in the cold.

We have an outdoor organic garden with more than 10,000 m² of outdoor cultivation that follows the rhythm of the seasons. There we produce seasonal fruits and vegetables, applying crop rotation, compost, and regenerative techniques to preserve the balance of the ecosystem.

An automated and technologically advanced Gothic greenhouse

We have a Gothic greenhouse covering more than 1,200 m², which is automated and highly thermally efficient. We use humidity, temperature, CO₂, and solar radiation sensors connected to a centralized agronomic management system. Fertigation based on pH and conductivity adjusts water and nutrients according to the needs of each plant, and automated climate control optimizes the environment with ventilation, heating, misting, and shading. This results in fresher fruits and vegetables, with less variability, shipped at their peak, without cold storage or intermediaries.

Circular model, solar energy, and zero waste

Our commitment goes beyond cultivation, encompassing the entire process. We generate more than 30% of our energy with solar panels on the farm, reuse agricultural by-products to create quality compost, and minimize the use of plastics by optimizing transport and using sustainable packaging.
