- 1 L pasteurized whole sheep’s milk
- 130 g sugar
- 90 g dextrose
- 45 g powdered glucose
- 50 g powdered milk
- 3 g salt
- 200–250 g Lambda cheese cream from Quesos de Hualdo
How to make homemade cheese ice cream step by step
Blend everything
Add all the ingredients directly into a blender.
Blend for 1–2 minutes until you get a smooth, homogeneous mixture.
Into the ice cream maker
Pour the mixture directly into the ice cream maker.
Churn
Let the machine run for about 30 minutes, until it reaches a creamy texture.
