Ingredients for creamy cheese ice cream

  • 1 L pasteurized whole sheep’s milk
  • 130 g sugar
  • 90 g dextrose
  • 45 g powdered glucose
  • 50 g powdered milk
  • 3 g salt
  • 200–250 g Lambda cheese cream from Quesos de Hualdo

How to make homemade cheese ice cream step by step

Blend everything

Add all the ingredients directly into a blender.
Blend for 1–2 minutes until you get a smooth, homogeneous mixture.

Into the ice cream maker

Pour the mixture directly into the ice cream maker.

Churn

Let the machine run for about 30 minutes, until it reaches a creamy texture.
